Waze APK is a GPS navigation app that uses your phone’s Internet connection and some clever software to provide you with turn-by-turn directions. Once the app added those habits, I found the Home feature very helpful. Then it started suggesting I turn right because that’s what could quickly get me home fastest at the end of each day. It only initially showed me routes I had taken while I was going eastbound toward my house. This “Home” feature also displays which direction to go when it’s time to head home from work or school. If you drive a route regularly, Waze remembers your habits and suggests that route first.
When you’re driving between two spots, App will animate the trip between them, showing how long it will take and where you’ll get stuck in traffic if there is any (see screenshot below). If you’re used to voice-guided navigation with turn-by-turn instructions, this will feel more natural than having to watch an arrow on-screen (which can be hard to see in direct sunlight).Īpp navigation has some other clever tricks over Google Maps too.
Waze uses the same spoken instructions as the Google Maps Navigation feature on Android phones: “Turn left/right onto Main Street,” etc., instead of just showing you an arrow pointing in the right direction.
